62-year-old male with a history of HAS and DM type 2 controlled. BMI 29. he has lost weight and has noticed bulging in the supraumbilical region and complains of pain in the umbilicus when making efforts. He has presented back pain which has not been attributed to any spinal problem. CT scan with diastasis of recti abdominal to the umbilicus.
